The 39th annual National Magazine Awards nominations list was revealed this week and we at PRISM are delighted to have two of our own make the cut.
Congratulations to Diane Bracuk for her nomination in the “Personal Journalism” category. Dianne’s piece “Doughnut Eaters” took the big prize in our 2014 Non-Fiction Contest and appeared in issue 53.3.
A hearty round of applause, as well, to Vincent Pagé for his nomination in the “Poetry” category. Vincent’s poem “Why Don’t I” appeared alongside his poem “Lately I’ve Been Drinking Nyquil” in issue 54.1.
