Hello all you fabulous writers!
PRISM Reviews is seeking pitches for interviews and reviews of graphic forms! We’re looking for interviews that probe the relationship between writing and visual art, that explore the processes and practices behind interdisciplinary works. We’re searching for reviews that weave and dance through our imaginations—that pluck at the strings of a piece to draw out new tunes.
We especially encourage submissions from BIPOC and LGBTQIA2+ writers!
We pay $40 CAD per review/interview. Pitch a piece you’re excited about, or choose from one of these titles up for grabs:
Stone Fruit by Lee Lai
Borealis by Aisha Sabatini Sloan
Wash Day Diaries by Jamila Rowser and Robyn Smith
Vann Nath: Painting the Khmer Rouge by Matteo Mastragostino and Paolo Vincenzo Castaldi
Red Flowers by Yoshiharu Tsuge
Moms by Yeong-shin Ma
We can’t wait to hear your amazing ideas! Email us at prismmagreviews@gmail.com to get involved.
