Editor In Chief – Nyasha Mugavazi

Nyasha Mugavazi (moyo – he/they) is a Zimbabwean writer and editor currently living on stolen xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and səlilwətaɬ land. He is a 2023 Mozilla Foundation Creative Media Awards Grantee and a 2024 Science Fiction Foundation Conference keynote speaker. With PRISM, Nyasha takes lead on the publication’s finances and production schedule.
Managing Editor – Ihomehe Agbebaku

Ihomehe Agbebaku is a writer, editor, and filmmaker based on the unceded lands of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səl̓ilwətaɁɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. Her work spans poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, photography and experimental film, often exploring themes of memory, identity, and transformation. Ihomehe is currently pursuing an MFA in Creative Writing from UBC and is deeply engaged in storytelling across multiple mediums, from literary journals to cinematic projects.
Prose Editor – Sierra Louie

Sierra Louie is a writer and artist working on unceded xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and səlilwətaɬ land as she pursues an MFA in Creative Writing at the University of British Columbia. She writes across multiple genres including comics, fiction, and poetry. Her work has appeared in CV2, Pulp Literature, and SAD Mag.
Poetry Editor – Ayda Niknami

Ayda Niknami (she/they) is a Qashqai-Irani queer femme currently residing on the unceded, stolen territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and səlilwətaɬ peoples (so-called “Vancouver”). She is the poetry editor for PRISM International, was a finalist for The Bridge Prize (2024), shortlisted for The Malahat Review’s Open Season Poetry Award (2025), and has work forthcoming in an anthology by Guernica Editions (Woman, Life, Freedom: Poems for the Iranian Revolution). Her work explores Iranian diasporic subjectivity, love, and relational autonomy. She is currently completing an MFA in Creative Writing at UBC, and also holds an MA in Philosophy from UC San Diego.
Promotions Editor – Tayf Almoghazy

Tayf Almoghazy is a writer and multidisciplinary artist from Cairo, Egypt. Currently based on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and səlilwətaɬ. They are a student of the Creative Writing MFA program at the University of British Columbia.

Cid V Brunet (they/them) published their debut memoir, This Is My Real Name, with Arsenal Pulp Press (2021). With recent poetry publications in CV2 and Eavesdrop magazine, Cid has been working on their MFA through UBC’s optional residency program while living in Montreal / Tiohtiá:ke.
